Hello,
So basically I booted win10 from my usb and reached the step
where you're supposed to choose a partition where you wanna
install your Windows, except I only see my HDD. SSD is nowhere
to be seen. There already IS a preinstalled win on my laptop but
I really wanna install a clean copy.
Also bios is super locked and limited with options and looks totally
outdated aswell.

Anyone had a similiar issue or at least has an idea how can I install
a new copy of windows on my SSD ?
Thank you

    During windows install press shift+f10.
This will open the command prompt.
    Here type: diskpart

Then type list disk to list the available disks
Select the ssd with select disk 0,1,3 (write the number of the disk here)
    Type clean
    Then type  convert gpt

It should see the disk now.
Please note that this will delete everything from the disk.

Thank you for your quick answer. My bad, I forgot too mention that that's the first thing that
I have done. Unfortunately it didn't help since it only lists my HDD and my usb with windows,
SSD still nowhere to be seen.

    For example:

I also tried to put sata controller drivers on my usb and install them via windows setup, worked but also did not help at all. Only HDD visible.

Alright so I found the solution myself it seems.
I had to change SATA mode to AHCI and after that all partitions showed up.

Strange, it shows all disks for me even when I leave it on the default RST settings.
What BIOS are you using btw?
Acer currently installed BIOS 1.14 on many Helios 500 laptops which I found to be quite buggy.
For example it runs the RAMs at 2400 Mhz @CL17 instead of 2666 mhz @ CL19 and it does not quite unlock the TDP limit of the CPU from 45/56 to 56/70.
Installing 1.16 and reinstalling Predator Sense resolved the above issues.

I actually had bios v1.16 preinstalled when I bought it
