Nvidia released a driver update on Dec 02 417.22
There are already two reports on the forum about frame rates in the TEENS running these drivers. I rolled back to the acer stock ones 388.92, these resolved the issue but they are too old to run BF V. So i bumped them up to the min for BF V which is 416.34 and they seem to be working fine now, everything is back to normal. No more 12 FPS, back to my 120FPS

Yes I noticed the same problem.
The driver seems to lock the core and memory frequency very low.
    On my system:
    Core ~600 mhz
    Memory ~202 mhz
I just went back to 417.01 and it was fixed.

Download this driver and just run the installer. It will overwrite w the old drivers and all will be well again. Make sure auto update is off afterwards in nvidia experience.
