Sourav1995 acer will not provide any hdd theres nothing wrong with it (this is a more of a user issue because when rst asks to create a raid 0 volume you shouldnt create it if you dont have any idea at all how a raid volume works) they will only reinstall windows and probably all data on d drive if any would be gone if its sent to them they will most probably reformat both drives and this always happens when the instructions of rst to create a raid volume arent ignored the drive simply disappears because its not possible to create a raid with 2 drives that are not the same size (in space) and format the most probable solution its to remove the secondary drive test it in another system or even via usb adapter/enclosure to see if you can access the data normally and reinstall windows in the current system drive then get rid of intel rst uninstall/disable and insert the other drive back it should be showing  up as normal as i used to say curiosity killed the cat if you dunno exactly what youre doing please dont click yes/next or whatever especially on rst :)

I deleted the 1 tb disk, it is still not showing the full size, only 1031mb I can create

Sourav1995 i only see your system drive there you only have one drive you should have 2 disks disk 0 and disk 1 etc this means your drive its not getting recognized on disk management check with easeus partition master or similar if its set as hidden or something the 1gb u have there its part of your system drive not the missing drive

I remember that the customer care replace the HDD to solve the issue. If you have the laptop under warranty please contact with customer care. Otherwise you have to remove the hard drive, reinstall the OS then reinstall the hard drive(not sure it will work though). I didn't find any other solution for this issue. Please don't use RST if you have solved the problem.
