Cannot post right now as I am enroute to my office. But it shows c drive(ssd) 128 gb and recovery partition of 1tb. In IRST a recovery array has been created with the name volume_0000. 2 drives shown inside the array, ssd, 1 tb hdd. Will surely post the screenshots as soon as I reach home.

    Hi,
You have created RAID0 with 128GB SSD+1TB HDD, if you want to come out of RAID0, you can follow these steps, you have no AHCI option available in BIOS, I think these models come with only RAID for SATA mode, so you can not change anything in BIOS and leave it alone.
You need a spare HDD and a USB to SATA cable like this:https://www.amazon.co.uk/Benfei-SATA-Adapter-Supports-UASP/dp/B07F7WDZGT/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1543769829&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=usb+to+sata+cable&psc=1
1.Download and install Macrium reflect free program.
2.Create a bootable Rescue USB disk using Macrium reflect(the tutorial link will explain how to create a bootable Rescue disk)
2.Backup the whole system to an external HDD(spare) by connecting it to laptop using USB to SATA cable(again please find the procedure in the tutorial)
3.Then connect only the Rescue disk which you have already created, go to BIOS and change the boot order to make the USB disk as the first boot device.
4.Boot with the Rescue disk and connect the external HDD, recover the image on to the 128GB SSD.
5.Then you can format the 1TB HDD and use it for the storage.
I don't think any data stored in the HDD prior to creating the RAID0 will be available, as they may have been overwritten.

If i don't need any data, simply reinstall Win 10 can it not be done? Or I won't see the drives during reinstall. Also there was a ACHI option in boot manager, but I haven't tried it.

Yes, you could try a clean install as well but the problem with clean install is that you may have to reinstall the programs and applications, also you will loose some Acer Apps, the AHCI option for SATA mode available in some models only, I also have only RAID available in my G9-793, you can view the SATA mode in Information tab of the BIOS screen.
If you have the facility to change to AHCI option, you can try it as well but I haven't tried as my model doesn't have that feature.

Yes I don't have many apps, all the apps I can download from Acer Website, also don't have a spare HDD.I'll try reinstalling it tomorrow. Also the windows recovery media will work probably right?

    Hi,
When you recover the image, there would have been an option to delete the drives in Macrium reflect.

Well you have to reinstall windows 10, or if the laptop is in warranty period, acer will provide a hdd for free
