  • Hi,
Could you please post the full model name, like Ex-xxx, in the meantime, if it's appropriate for your model, try reinstalling Acer Quick Access application, download from Acer support site, then go to Control panel, Programs to uninstall the current installation, install the downloaded Application, reboot and check whether it fixes the problem.

    Help me....please
  • Hi,
Is that your external USB mouse? If so, go to Device manager, expand Universal Serial Bus Controller, right click USB Root Hub, select Properties, go to Driver tab and uninstall the driver, reboot and let Windows install the driver.

    I try this.but don't work...still my mouse cursor shakes 😥😥😥
  • Give this a try, go to Acer support site, download Serial IO driver, then find Serial IO I2C host Controller, go to Properties and uninstall the driver in Driver tab, then install the downloaded driver.

I had the mouse cursor jumping all over the screen problem for months.  Changed mouse, changed settings, used different usb ports, even bought a new LED desk lamp.  Technical support had me reset everything to factory.  Nothing helped.

Then, one day I was looking in device manager under Human Interface Devices and saw the Go TrustID device.  Disabled it and mouse started working perfectly.  Uninstalled that pos bloatware and problem solved forever.

I understand why Acer might want to offer this app to their customers, but they shouldn't activate it.  Months of aggravation for me for no good reason.
