I get great fps, but every minute or so it drops down to 10 for a steady 10 seconds. Any fix?

    Model?
    Chipset?
    GPU?

I would assume it's probably due to power or thermal throttling as that's a pretty common issue with the PH300. I would recommend setting your fans to auto, optimizing Windows for gaming, undervolting via intel xtu or throttlestop and elevating the device either with things you have around the house, or a cooling pad to help increase airflow.
