So I bought an Acer product with special deal where you get vouchers as a kickback and spend a goof R12000.
So week ago arranged and was presented a R500 discount on a flight of my choice. very nice indeed. Gave them my choice. Said all was good and last heard on 26 from TLCrewards when they required my ID. Flight is arranged for tomorrow. Haven't heard a word since 26th Nov. When I phone TLCrewards I am just being told, someone will phone be back. meanwhile I have arranged things in Joburg for this weekend and I still have no idea if I can fly tomorrow or not..!
ACER if your reward system is so pathetic, how can I count on you if I might need service on my laptop I bought from you.?
The start of my relationship with acer is not a good one.
