Customer Service.
My 10 month old ACER Aspire XC730 keeps freezing and rebooting itself. So I call and speak to a young lady who I cannot understand at all. I therefore request a repair online and send it via UPS and get confirmation that the unit has been received and get a case id number. Meanwhile there is a question about the warranty date so I send a copy of receipt.... 3 times for 3 different requests. I log into the acer.com to get an idea of what's happening to my pc and enter my case ID. It's not recognised. I've had no answer to my request for information, no confirmation that the warranty has been updated and no idea of whats happening to my pc. Simple question. Is this the norm? and if so why the hell are you all still ACER owners?
