Hi I have 

Acer Predator G3 - Desktop Computer Intel Core i7 3.6GHz - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB - 32GB Ram 1TB HDD + 256GB SSD Windows 10  

Can i Can I change a 1017card to a 1080ti?

    The 1070 asks for 170W of power, the 1080 ti asks for 180W. If you have a 500W supply you are likely good, a 600W would be better.

    Yes, though I would watch for any glitches while using the GPU heavily and switch to a 600 if they appear. You should be good with the 500 though.
