Hi all! I was thinking of getting a headset for cyber monday on amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B075PVLN2P/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A245GMXHBSBS5M&psc=1#customerReviews). Thing is, I don’t want to get screwed over. So I would be getting it from Acer (the official seller). If the thing craps out within 30 days, would I send back to amazon or Acer? Would I have to pay shipping? Also, it has a 1 year manufacturer warrenty. If it dies before then, do I have to pay shipping to return it to get it fixed? (I got into a terrible return loop over some RAM, lost $40 to shipping.) Thank for your help! I hope to get this product.

If you purchase a new computer through Amazon, it should come with a full manufacturers warranty. The length of warranty can vary by product.
You need to coordinate with authorized support / service center of the Acer to avail the warranty.
For more information on warranty, please contact Acer support in your region:
    Acer United States & Canada  : https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service-contact
    Acer Worldwide : http://www.acer.com/worldwide/support/

Ok. I will call them up later and post my findings.

Ok, I found my answer without calling. Amazon is free shipping for returns. Direct to Acer costs money. If I ship to amazon for repair, it is free.
