You can try to reset the battery

1.Unplug the AC adapter from your notebook.
2.Turn the notebook and look for battery reset pin hole.
3.insert the paper clip and hold it for 30 - 40 seconds.
4.Turn over the notebook one last time and plug in your AC adapter.
    5.Turn on your notebook.

This is a software or hardware problem, because I restarted the bios and improved a bit but after a while I'll be back ? is it worth the trouble to change the keyboard ?

Based on the issue its not so easy to determine if its a hardware or software. Since, its reoccurring very often. I would suggest you to try performing system restore or reset. if the issue persist after these Trouble shooting then we can confirm its a hardware issue.
