Helios 500 - shutting lid sometimes doesn't activate hibernation

Hi there, i've got the Helios 500 running Windows 10.

In Power Options i've got it set to Hibernate when closing lid. Works great....however, twice it hasn't worked. I close lid then like 15 minutes later i hear the fans spinning. I open lid and its still on.

Any ideas?
