predator 300 helios startup issue

Hi
Windows recently updated itself on my fairly new laptop. It now partially loads so I can see my background, but no icons or taskbar and then it just doesn't finish booting up. Any ideas how I can fix this?

    Hi mrgiraffe,
    Please follow this steps :-1:
    Hold the windows key + R and open the run box and type msconfig and hit ok
    Hide all the microsoft services by checking the box and also try to to disable all the unnecessary startup program while loading to windows.

    Thankyou for you advice, but it doesn't work. I just can't access anything. No keypresses are acknowledged.

    Maybe try to start into windows safe mode and then through msconfig disable the programs suggested above and also maybe rollback windows updates or uninstall the latest updates installed or last resort a windows factory reset would solve the issue and selecting keep files (all software installed would be deleted only user files would be kept).
