So yesterday I was just watching some Youtube videos then suddently the computer froze completely. I could't do anything so I pressed the power button until the computer closed. After I tried opening it again I received the blue screen of death *Critical Process Died* and *we are collecting data, we will restart your computer for you* something like that. It did the same thing over and over until one time I got the message *looks like Windows didn't load correctly*. So I went to the command prompt and ran CHKDSK (because I couldn't reset my computer) and now when I power up my computer I have the Acer logo screen and I hear the fans but nothing happens (I let it run for more than 8 hours but it stayed on the screen). Is there a solution where I don't loose all my data? I didn't back up my university notes and the end of the semester is coming...
My computer is a Acer Nitro 5 core intel i5 8300H. I bought it less than 3 months ago.
