E5-575G-558M Shutdowns on battery mode.

Hello! I have been trying to find a solution for a month now, without any success. 
For the past month the laptop in question turns off randomly when not connected to the power. It takes me 2 (yes, 2) presses on the power button, to turn it on. 
I have updated all the screen drivers with no success whatsoever. When the PC supposedly turns off, there is no response from keycommands, mouse movement, no sound etc. Like completely shut down. 

Has anyone experienced this? Any suggestions on what to do?

    You could try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains, follow the instructions in the video, when you press the button, do it gently without excess force, leave the laptop to rest for a while before starting again.

  • Probably the interlock button is not pressed properly! Make sure that the screws that open the compartment have the warranty seal. If it does not, open the ram compartment and attach a cushion or insulation tape to push this button:
