Hi, I have bios 1.09 and I want to ask if I update to 1.20.
I have no problem, but whether it is more efficient or less heated.
Excuse my English, I speak little English.
Thanks

If you don't have any problem, don't upgrade bios.

Acer needs to tell user what issues exactly these bios updates tackle. It seems good they centralizing and making easier heavy users share experiences and tips, but without technical feedback from them, they're just outsourcing technical support without giving users enough tools to really assess and give support. If they don't want to go all that way, they need at least to participate and give information. Bios updates are serious, can brick a device, information is all.
Nothing peaks at the same time...

They will never disclose that information (they never did as far as i can remember an i'm with acer since 2009) as most of the times are tweaks and setup changes maybe to avoid those  who mod their bios to access all hidden functions to find out the correct values used in the bios for cpu/gpu/memory settings, bios modding is a serious and risky business (either u know what you are doing or don't even try) if u get a setting wrong might even kill the cpu/gpu/memory for good this is why the average user will never have access to those settings unless he dumps the bios via a programmer and get someone to mod it for him to reflash the modded one and without any doubt bye bye warranty after that
