Acer Predator Helios 500 turns on and off repeatedly

I recently bought the Acer Predator Helios 500 from IT City in June 21, 2018.
Last Thursday (November 8, 2018), it was not working. It just turned on and off repeatedly, and the screen showed nothing (unsuccessful boot). I pressed the internal battery reset button as suggested in the official Acer website and allowed the laptop to power drain, as well as fully charge the laptop.  It did not solve the problem. I sent the request for on-site service according to its  3 years and 3 hours on-site service warranty plan. I got the case number on last Friday but nothing happens since then. Now (November 12, 2018), my  Acer Predator Helios 500 is still not working but I need it to finish my project. Any idea to fix this problem?

     Update ครับ. เครื่อง Acer Predator Helios 500 ซื้อจาก IT City วันที่ 21 มิถุนายน 2561 (ประกัน 3 years and 3 hours on-site service) เสียตั้งแต่วันที่ 8 พย 2561 แจ้งไปที่ศูนย์บริการ ได้แค่ Case number ในวันศุกร์ ที่ 9 พย 2561 หลังจากนั้นไม่มีการติดต่อกลับมาอีกเลย โทรติดต่อไปก็ไม่ได้ เสียค่าโทรศัพท์รอสายไป 13 นาที ส่ง e-mail ไปก็ไม่ตอบ ประกันแบบนี้เข้าข่ายโฆษณาชวนเชื่อหรือเปล่าครับ😡

    If you already requested to be sent back to warranty you will have to wait for an answer from them i'm afraid did u also checked if the ram door compartment is properly screwed as it has a power cut safety switch for when you open it and if not properly pressed when closed it wont work properly
