Another G9-793 fan question

I have a one and a half year old Predator 17. Cleaned regularly, repasted, undervolted, whathaveyou. I take better care of it than any other object I have.

However, I cannot watch a movie without the fans blowing for 10 seconds about every 3 minutes. They don't come full speed, but checking the temperatures they shouldn't come on at all. Temperatures are fine, no throttling, no problems. Just this noise that disturbs the hell out of me every few minutes. Is there some way to prevent it from coming on? I noticed it happens when I leave it on doing nothing and just close the lid for the night. I use it connected to a TV and if I put it to sleep I have to open the lid every day which is a hassle.

Tl;dr: stop the fans from spinning for no reason?

Shown below is the fan speed design table. Not much you can do about it except replacing the oem cpu fan with a quieter fan. You could try speed control freeware but probably won't work because I believe this is a fixed design table for this model. Jack E/NJ

Yup @JackE is completely right the fan control as far as i know its built into the bios (and only unlocked/modded bios will show those options which will not happen unless you dump it and flash a modded after someone modded it with a programmer)  even without PS they will always kick in on those temps mine even switch off completely because of so low temps on idle and then kick back in gpu 0% on idle on 37 and cpu goes from 20% to 30% and temps 35 to 35
