Hello, I have this notebook and I have recently updated the last bios 1.32 + set default settings.
But after that  I have problems with Geforce 840M video card (Crashes in Photoshop 2017) and the touchpad doesn't work (driver ver.
11.6.24.209 Vendor:ELANTECH)!
I desided to downgrade the BIOS to 1.11, but the flashing programm does not allow it (version compare error).
How can I install the "normal" version of bios to get a stable work???
Thank you!!

    First try this:
    a) enter the bios and click load setup defaults and then press f10 to save when exiting! That way, it will be any bug that has existed in previous versions and see if it solves your problems;
    b) check if in bios, there is a "touchpad" option and change from advanced to basic;
    c) note that this user was able to downgrade to version 1.31 like this: https://community.acer.com/pt/discussion/comment/471379/#Comment_471379
    However it is a risky procedure and I do not take any responsibility for any damage!

    See this thread. Here is the tutorial. Proceed cautiously to avoid making your device inoperable.

    @JohnnyK The method you posted in not for your type of machine. Use this link that I posted earlier https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/comment/400696/#Comment_400696

    Are you referring to mine or Ffic's machine? Because I did this on my machine at least 5 times without any problems.
