these are my throttle stop setings.
my temp before undervolt was about 90-97(cpu) and about 80degree(gpu).
now after undervoling  cpu is between 60 to 75 or 80  and gpu about 70.

but the laptop surface is still too hot....its too hot to touch....its like touching for a couple of seconds gives a burn...
is that because of the laptop material ....

is there any problem in the long run?
is it harmfull to the laptop

How long have you had this machine? If more than a few months, alternately vacuum the air intake ports and blow air through the exhaust ports a few times to dislodge any debris that may have gotten sucked into the fans. Then set the machine on a hard surface. Don't undervolt, let it run where it wants under heavy load. Report back.  Jack E/NJ

no its been a couple of weeks i bought it
heating is only in case of heavy gaming......in normal use everything is stable and under control...no problems

OK. Then is the machine setting on a hard surface during heavy gaming so as not to block? The vents cannot be blocked. If possible, raise the laptop above the surface heavy gaming to allow more airflow. Undervolting is not recommended.  Jack E/NJ

I would say no 60-80 is about the average operating temp for mine depending on the game I play, excess heat of course is never good but the CPU is rated for 100degC so you're no where near that threshold. It might feel a little warmer simply due to the fact that the area around keyboard surface is aluminum. You could also try raising your laptop off the surface as that will allow better airflow or try a cooling pad. you can get them on Amazon for ~$20. If you haven't also optimize windows to prevent excess load on your CPU while gaming.

Last resort if you feel you are still not happy with the temps (as it was said those are normal temps after undervolting, as stated the keyboard surroundings are aluminum and the cooling system is right under it this is why u feel its too hot)the solution is is repasting (properly done with a good thermal paste it will lower the temps a lot) but do not do it if you have any seals that might void warranty and even if not only do it if you feel comfortable to do so

These are my temps now on idle (temps are so low that the fans end up by stopping once in awhile and kicking back in i couldn't believe it until i saw it :p )

during idle  my system is about 40 degree too ......no issues in idle or kind of basic activities....... hotness is only in the time of heavy gaming

Your temps seem to be pretty normal and the keyboard will always heat a lot even at 60-70 because the heat pipes are right under it especially the top left side, there is nothing we can do about that you will always feel almost the real temp of the cpu/gpu in the keyboard aluminum chassis
