Dear sir
I have Helios 300. My laptop is making crackling sound when i dont play any music and dont do anything on it. it just stays in the desktop. What could be the issue? Is there any dust removal software available? I did a clean installation of the windows 10 a monthg ago and now i dont have any acer software installed and i cant even install acer predator sense, because it says that my laptop model is not supported (even though it is and i had installed before)

    Hi @Pauly12
Go into the Laptop settings and ensure the MIC is turned right down
    >If your Still Experiencing the same problem
Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
    - First is to uninstall/reinstall the Sound Card driver.
    - Go to Device Manager and uninstall the sound driver.
    - Once completely uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
    - Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
    - After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.

I reinstalled the audio driver from the official acer page, but it didnt help me at all, i think its something internally with the laptop ventilators and nothing with the speakers. i tried to record it here https://youtu.be/aca7H9fkzgc

This definitely sounds like hardware issue. I would recommend you to contact acer technical support for warranty help
