i saved my money and bought an Acer Chromebook, 7 weeks ago.  it is now broken, the screen is black(power light is on).  i have tried all the things everyone suggest, to no avail.  So it is now enroute to BC, at a cost of $30.00 one way.  why is transportation not coverec?  why does it have to go to BC? why not have an authorised dealer here look at it?  what if it not covered(warranty is gibberish, so who the heck knows what is covered)and, i have spent all this money shipping it out to you. 7 weeks old!!! and not working.....
