Hello everyone,

I've tried many time, many ways but still couldn't connect my Aspire Nitro 5 Black Edition to my new 4k monitor.
I bought 2 brand new cables from Amazon but still hopeless.
It seems the computer detected the monitor but the monitor showed that there was no signal. Though I could connect by HDMI but just 30hz, I want to run at 60hz.

Does anyone can help?

Hi maihoanglai, Please try to check the monitor manual and  find out the exact cable which you need to connect to Acer laptop to get 4k resolution. Please reply to comment.

Thank for your answer, my monitor model is LG 27UD68-P. I don't have the manual at the moment. Will find and figure it out.

    Hi thamahes2018,
I read the manual and seem there is no mention about the cable. The thing that I forgot to mention that I tried to plug that the cable to my old HD TV and the TV also shown that there was no signal too. I used an type c to HDMI 2.0 adapter and an normal HDMI cable for that. So I think there is something wrong with my computer. How do you think?
