My laptop wont connect to the internet. It says the Qualcomm atheros QCA9377 WNA has driver issues

I don’t know what to do at this point. I’ve tried the network cable to the router but it had to be connected by cord to work which is very inconvenient. I’ve read a few questions that say I need to download a new driver or something but I honestly have no idea how to. I really need help.

If you get the driver issue error, then I would recommend uninstalling the driver and rebooting the system to fix the issue, if you haven't tried that already. Most of the time it fixes the issue.

    1) Open Device Manager (by simply typing Device Manager in the search box next to the windows start button and hit enter)
    2) Once the Device Manager opens, select Network Adapters from the list.
    3) click on Network Adapters and it will expand to show a few more optons.
    4) From the drop down options, select the one that reads Qualcomm atheros and Right click on it.
    5) From the pop menu you get from the right click, select Uninstall and within a second or two it will be done.
    6) Then restart computer which will automatically re-install the uninstalled driver, so that you don't have to go to the Device manager to manually reinstall it again.
    7) Then open SETTINGS and select Network and internet.
    8) On the new window, select WiFi and now on the right you should see an option that reads 'Available networks'. Click on it.
    9) Now you'll see a list of available networks in your area and from that list, select your network and enter the network password.

That's it. You should be able to coo

Thank you so much for responding. I restarted my system and it started working again so I was very happy and lucky. I screen shotted this though just in case I ever run into this problem again. Thanks so much!
