Hello Guys i need help regarding my new laptop that i bought a few months ago...

It is Acer a515 51g :- 8gb , mx150 2gb , intel i5 8250u (8th Gen)

I bought this laptop and it was pre installed with windows 10 home and i reinstalled it so that i can have a fresh install of windows.

It was working fine for until a week or two ago and now i am having laptop responding late and while scrolling it stops responding and completely freezes . it freezes when i seek to certain distance while watching videos (it also happens even if i watch it normally) . It lasts for few second and the program starts again...Sometimes laptop completely locks up for 20-30 seconds

I checked my HDD and it was fine , diagnosed my ram and it was fine too even my cpu is working correctly but still this happens

i reinstalled windows again 2-3 days ago but still have the same problem.

What do you guys think is the problem please help
I got this laptop with a lot of hardwork and i dont have money to buy a new one.

Even the warenty is gone because i opened if to check whether it has some dust inside it

Can anyone help please ?

You dont have to worry about this. You can try the below suggestions to get it working.

Try to disable unnecessary startup programs from MSCONFIG ( this is a run command ). Also, try to disable startup applications. Adding to this you can increase virtual memory to speed up the unit and processing speed.

    Follow the steps here.
If there is any hint of a hardware problem, get the SNID from the back cover & check your warranty status. Taking a little peek inside does not automatically void your warranty.
If the warranty has expired; return for help troubleshooting the hardware.
