Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I have an Aspire 6530G laptop and I can encrypt email using outlook and the edata security management. Here  is the message which appears with encrypted email:
e_D_a_t_a_S_e_c_u_r_i_t_y_
This e-mail message (content and/or attachment) is encrypted
by Acer eDataSecurity Management or Egis Option Pack.
Users without the software may download the Egis Reader
decryption program from http://www.hiegis.com
_e_D_a_t_a_S_e_c_u_r_i_t_y_

Where can I find the Egis Reader decryption program?  The link is dead.

Kind Regards,

John

    Try the following:
    1) Send encrypted email to Windows 10 device
    2) Save .exc file & change extension to .exe
    3) Open .exe file with Notepad or Notepad ++

    Hi Johninhungary.
Please try the link I attached below and see if you can access the Egis free software.

Hello, Thank you for your help and advice, however I cannot find the reader. The reader is stand alone and is for the recipient of the email to decrypt it. The Edata Security download is only for the Acer computer itself and not the recipient of the encrypted email. If you please, I can send to you an encrypted email and you can see if you can decrypt it and tell me how you do it. I can put decryption password in Title line.

    Kind Regards,

    John

Dear Wis, Thank you so much for helping me with my problem. I have found that Egis has made a program called "MyWinLocker" and I have already downloaded it and used it on my other computer which uses windows 10. "MyWinLocker" will decrypt any FILE, hello, any file I send encrypted as an attachement to my email. However, I want to decrypt my email itself, with no attached file. Can I send you an encrypted email with password in title and you decrypt and tell me the steps you take to do this? Kind Regards, John
