Good evening.
I have a RL80-UR22 it is upgraded with 8GB of RAM, and I also swapped in a 240GB SSD. I am running Linux Mint 19 with no issues. However I seen the board has an mSATA slot. I got one. I believe it is 120GB it slides in bolts down and seems to power on okay. The red light on the drive comes on. However the Revo does not see it under Windows or Linux. I even tried putting it back in the other PC and formatting it as unallocated space without any luck.

Has anyone had any success with an mSATA in their RL80?
Thanks

    Hello,
According to the Acer specs, the mini slots are for:
    • One slot is for Wireless Lan card, should keep the flexibility for both Mini-PCI-E and USB interface.
    • The other one is for TV Tuner (full size, colay with USB interface, and support half size also)
    France
