Fantastic Customer Service

I've got no where else to put this, but I want it to be known. Carlos Lizaodo KILLED it when it came to our phone conversation. My first experience was being hung up on instantly 6 separate times...just needing a simple product key. Well, I finally got Carlos who did everything in his power to get exactly what I wanted. Apparently there is no after call survey or anyway to give him props, but this was the nicest tech I've ever had the pleasure working with. Carlos helped me simmer from STRESSED to just happy to have someone willing to go out of their way to find a way to answer the question. I'm sure I am in the wrong place to post, please move if need be. But please do not delete this. I WANT someone to see this working in the customer service area to understand what a gift Carlos is. True OG. Legitimately, thank you for your time and for the pleasure to talk with you.

    It is probably not very difficult to find out who is the supervisor at the  Acer Center that you called & their mailing address.  We all need a little pat on the back from time to time.  A heartfelt letter commending good service is a great pick-me-up.  A box of homemade cookies would even be better.
