HDMI connection from ACER ASPIRE 5742 to ACER Projector ACER H5380BD - H7P1320

Hi ACER,

Please can you help me with this issue.

The HDMI connection is not working.

I have contacted Intel regarding updates to their graphics card, and they have suggested i ask ACER directly....

Here are the spec of my laptop and projector and a scan report;

- Processor -  i3 M370  Total 8.0Gb RAM

- Laptop Model - ACER ASPIRE 5742 - Model PEW71  - 374G32MnKK

- Projector Model - ACER H5380BD - H7P1320

- Version of windows  -WINDOWS 10 Home

    @rowanelf

    Try this and share the error message to help you. 

    Connect the Laptop and Projector using HDMI, then change the Source on the projector to HDMI. Now press and hold Windows + P then select duplicate to check if you get the display.

    @Rudy,

    no that method does nothing...

    It seems i have INTEL blaming ACER, and ACER blaming INTEL... But no help from either!! ...

    Mmm... I do hope someone can help me with this issue soon :-)
