Hello, I have been using my E5-572g as secondary desktop (battery removed, plugged in) for a while now since its battery can't hold much charge anymore, and recently noticed some problem.
If I leave the laptop unplugged long enough (about 1~2 hrs) then power it back on, it restart right after the acer logo, and hdd click like when you turn off holding power button. I suspected it might be because of dead cmos battery (all bios settings except password reset to default). This doesn't happen when I keep it plugged.
Can dead cmos battery cause this problem? If so how can I replace it?
