DPC latency is still a thing?

I'm just curious. My old phenom II 955 in my desktop shows latencies varying through idle 120 μs to 240 μs when loading some program or busy task. My g3-572 is doing from 1000 μs to peaks reaching almost 4000 μs. I did all energy power saving in both machines, allowing then to reach every p-state, using core parking in both, so I think they're evenly placed to a fair comparison.

Is this normal? I'm not seeing any performance issues on the laptop, besides some rare cursor stuttering, and even more rare audio crackling. So, for any practical uses all is fine (but I know this laptop requires a clean windows install to shine, as any device, and I didn't take the time to do so yet, MS isn't helping too with broken updates :anguished: )

I'm using dpc latency checker to test (dpclat.exe)

Nothing peaks at the same time...
