Dear Acer,
i Purchased a Laptop Acer Aspire S A515-51G-5621 From Paytm On 4-oct-2017 and it was deliver on 7-oct-2017. i was just warred free. whenever i ask to acer support for warranty time. they told me that 12-oct-2018 is the last date till that day you can extend your laptop warranty. i did not see invoice of laptop. couz i was thinking that acer support was telling me right information. even i checked my laptop warranty on acer partner network wedsite. where we can put our laptop snid and we can check warranty. there also it was showing 12-oct-2018. but on 12-oct-2018 when i try to extend my laptop warranty on shopacer.co.in it was showing warranty expired. i was shocked. then i talk to customer care they told me - please drop a mail

i drop the email. but i could not get any reply. now i call on customer care they told me your product is out of warranty product. please tell me what is my fault. if you say (to bought acer laptop this your fault ) then i agree. or see. please find Attachment. for the prof and also check email. |
