Why my laptop working so slow?

I have an Acer E476G core i5 8250 nvidia mx130 4GB RAM, I bought it two weeks ago, but i don't know why my laptop working so slow, example when I open some programs, there will be loading for 30 seconds, what  should i do to make my laptop working normally?

Hi Ivan_syzlyvy,
If this is a brand new computer and running slow then the first thing to check is that did the computer run all the updates . 
Go to settings/ Update and security/ Check for updates. 
If there is available updates run all the updates and restart computer and check if the computer's performance is enhanced.

Also  to download and install a well known virus scan program (like McAfee/Norton) and run it to make sure there aren't any obvious viruses on your computer. I would recommend uninstalling the program when you are done too, as it takes a lot of space too.
