World Most Worst Service Acer Know Why?

I bought Acer E5 serise laptop it's cost me 46,000 and after 3 month the laptop Display Problem Happen .I report Customer Care   They said that within 3 days The engineer come for home visit but after 6 days the engineer come for home visit .Now he said this laptop display have problem need to .Change but Now After 6 days not more update get .Till it's say waiting for spare .Really fed up and angry with Acer service .Because all my work are pending my customer are going away form me but Acer dont have any help for customwr2

    I presume you are writing about Acer India.
    We all become upset when a purchase fails, even if it costs only 1 rupee.  In the U.S. only non-portable entities will be serviced at the owner's location.  Physicians don't make house calls. Our computers must be shipped out for service.  Home visit for a laptop should be considered an additional level of service.
    There must be means for transferring the workload to another device, while you wait for the new screen to arrive.  If there is absolutely no other method of transfer; you can consider replacing the screen yourself, but you run the risk of voiding your warranty. There are many YouTube videos on laptop screen replacement, with a number of them in Hindi.
