Hello. I have an Acer Predator Helios 300 G3-571. I've had it since November 2017. Yesterday, I tried powering on my laptop and it didn't turn on. I don't know what happened. One day it was working fine and the next day, this happens. I plugged in my charger and powered on and it starts working. But the charging light is blinking. When I pull off the charger, it turns off and won't start. Please help.

Seems the problem is related to the battery. Perform a battery reset, then plug in the charger and in windows find what the battery percentage is(it could be that the battery isn't charged). Also leave the laptop connected to the charger for half an hour or so and then unplug to see if the laptop will turn off again.
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.
