I flashed my second hard drive that is in the extra hard drive spot and now I can't access it. It doesn't show up anywhere. It's as if it doesn't exist.
Computer: Acer Aspire E 15

I think the reason why the HDD doesn't appear in F12 boot menu is beacuse secure boot is enabled, which means the system will allow to boot from drives with windows installed. If it appears in BIOS then it is detected by the system and I think you just have to allocate the drive from disk management.

Go to disk management>select your drive(if appears)>right click on unallocated space>select allocate
Always post the following characterisitcs of the device:
    -Model number
    -Part number(not required, but helpful)
    -CPU
    -GPU
    -Operating system

Helios 300 and Nitro 5 users DO NOT update the BIOS to version 1.22 if you don't want the keyboard's backlight to turn off after 30 seconds even when the device is plugged in.

Have you tried entering in BIOS to find if the drive appears there?

What do you mean by flashing your hard drive? Is it GPT partitioned NTFS formatted for a UEFI bootstrapper? Jack E/NJ

You will need to run diskpart.
Because you can't boot into Windows 10, follow the instructions in this tutorial.
Next, open Command Prompt & launch diskpart as explained here, under Option Two. The 2 commands are fairly easy to use, therefore copy & paste will not be necessary.
    diskpart
    list disk
