    >>Remove Write Protection from USB Drive with Diskpart Command
You are also able to use Diskpart Command to remove write protection from USB drive:
Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.
Type cmd and hit Enter to open Command Prompt.
Type diskpart and hit Enter to open diskpart.
Type list disk and hit Enter.
Remember the disk number of your write protected USB drive in Windows PC.
Select disk 0 (0 is the number of your write protected USB drive) and hit Enter.
Type attributes disk clear readonly and hit Enter to disable write protection from USB drive.

    >>Remove Write Protection from USB Drive in Registry
If still can’t successfully remove wirte protection from USB drive on your Windows PC, you could try to modify registry to fix it. Take these steps:
Connect removable device which is write protected with Windows PC.
Press Win + R to open the Run dialog.
Type regedit and hit Enter to open Registry.
    Click HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and expand System.
Click Current Control Set in System list and click Control.
Check the option Storage Device Policies, and change the digit in the DWORD value box into “0” and then click OK.
    Reboot your PC.

If it does not exist, follow the same steps as above, but replace “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE” with “HKEY_CURRENT_USER“.
If the “WriteProtect” value does not exist in either location, this security setting may not be your issue.
