New PC Acer predator helios 300 : DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION and CRITICAL PROCESS DIED

Hello,

I have multiple blue screen with error code "DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION".

The computer is new, it is the Acer predator helios 300 with a GTX 1060. Also, the PC is not mine, but is the customer's computer. So, I don't have always access to it.

I checked with the software "bluescreenview", but there was no information at all.

I tried to update the graphic card drivers ( uninstall the driver properly, then reintall it ). I also disabled fastboot.

It seeems it's not really better. Now, the last error code was not anymore dpc watchdog (until now), but "CRITICAL PROCESS DIED" this time.

Have you any idea about what I could do ?

Any news from either of you? been dealing with the same problem. Tried several fixes but nothing works so far

Unfortunately, nothing new.

Acer is unable to help, same for Microsoft because there is nothing in System logs...
I'm trying a clean W10 install.. I hope it will help to remove these BSOD.

Update the Intel SSD Firmware to fix the DPC Watchdog Violation.

Intel SSD toolbox initiated firmware update worked for me. (Aspire A7 A717-72G-700J/INTEL SSDPEKKW256G8)
