This is the worst tablet I have ever had! Touch screen sometimes very senditive other times not. Two thumb wake up doesn't work most of the time and the others sbout 98%. It's slow sometimes. I wish you still made the Tab A1 in an 8 inch. Glad I kept it! I've always had Acer's but this one may be the last!

have you tried factory data reset and check. If you have not done then try resetting the device ( Be informed doing reset would erase the data so take a backup before doing reset )
