Aspire NV7 592G OEM Nvidia driver not working

tried many nvidia drivers but when install the OEM one Games just CTD , did a clean wipe with DDU and installed both intel and nvidia from OEM ; games only run when i force them to run the intel card.

machine is on the recommanded bios and chipset update.I just want the OEM driver to address the temp issues

witcher 3 gives the attached dump file.

Please try the below mentione steps : 

Open the Nvidia Control Panel. You can do this by right-clicking on the desktop or you can find the option within the notification area of the Taskbar.

Select Manage 3D Settings under 3D Settings.

Click on the Program Settings tab and select the program you want to choose a graphics card for from the drop down list.

Now select the 'preferred graphics processor' in the drop down list (you can see what the automatic option is listed as global setting). If you want to use the dedicated graphics card, select High-performance Nvidia processor.

Try driver version 388.31.
Works good for Witcher 3 and all latest titles.

@Red-Sand i already said that i tried many versions of nvidia drivers including the last one they all worked fine , only the  driver from the acer website not working.

@Sharanji when chose the intel card games work fine , then when switch to the High-performance Nvidia processor games crush to desktop at launch

Have you tried downloading 388.31 direct from Nvidia?
I would recommend a full uninstall using IObit Uninstaller then reboot and try installing again.
Also disable fast startup/hibernation.
