    @HelthHazard

as per the unit specifications it should give battery backup until 3.5hrs https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/predator-model/NH.Q3NAA.003

Try the below basic steps and check if it works.

    > connect the charger and uninstall battery drivers from device manager
    > post uninstallation restart the unit
    > Also, while powering on the unit keep pressing F2 to access BIOS settings and perform BIOS defaults by press F9 and hit enter and F10 to save and exit

Post which check the battery performance and update us

Many factors determine battery performance. Disabling services like indexing and such helps. Also would help if you capped CPU to 99% when on battery so turbo is not triggered. And your laptop brightness level at about 30-40% instead of full also helps increase battery life.

Try following some options I mentioned in the thread below to see if that helps:
    https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/551954/settings-to-reduce-temperatures-some-settings-to-lower-temperatures-and-increase-performance

I get about 4-5 hours when watching video stored on my laptop at about 40% brightness (or when I am doing normal day to day work). When doing basic stuff like browsing and watching video on youtube, it drops to about 3-3.5 hours (watching video on youtube being keyword here).

Also keep in mind... I have windows search and prefetch services disabled. You might also want to disable windows store services.

Try installing utility like BatteryBar to check your battery wear too.

Most importantly, windows 10 for some reason, tend to change the plan automatically to "high performance" irrespective of being on power or battery mode. Set this to power saving or balanced. This would help quite a bit too.

GUYS, I own the predator helios 300 (ph315-53) (i7 octacore and rtx 3060) I was very worried about battery life and then I found this
    1)go to power option
    2)then create new power plan
3)Create the power plan using power saver
4)then in that settings "change the minimum and maximum processor state to 50% for both battery and plugged in".
5)change to this mode whenever u need more battery backup and additional tip is to "lower the refresh rate to 60hz whilst on battery".

    THIS INCREASES BATTERY LIFE SIGNIFICANTLY

@Sujjit yes congratulations you just disabled turbo boost now your cpu wont boost above the base clock u just got a core i3 :p oh well why bother explaining it over and over again  theres no point getting a gaming laptop to transform it into a core i3 from a normal laptop better buy a normal one instead :)

Disabling the turbo boost its not an option then u complain theres no performance and i wonder why use TS instead and undervolt it properly do your research before posting useless solutions that will create even more issues attached to it :) u want to increase battery life dont use it on battery use in on AC 24/7 like most of us that wont damage the battery since 2018 on AC here non stop only have 8.7% wear which its nothing but ok no point in creating an argument you seem to know it all have it your way then :)

    <<Many Dont know bro,>>

Yes many dont they dont know what they are doing by doing that to the  cpu (disabling the turbo boost)  then come back here complaining about no performance low fps etc and after someone has to explain to them why their performance dropped just saying :)

5)change to this mode whenever u need more battery backup and additional tip is to "lower the refresh rate to 60hz whilst on battery".

THIS INCREASES BATTERY LIFE SIGNIFICANTLY BUT,
THIS WILL LOWER THE PERFORMANCE OF THE LAPTOP because "this disables turboboost(which means less cpu speed) "
This trick helps when u want to do small task in chrome or watch a movie or some jobs which require less CPU usage
IF u need more performance then u need to change to the old power plan

I can get 12h battery on my spin 5 i7 8th gen with the cpu locked at 800mhz lol of course only good for really light browsing but only when on battery it will turbo boost to normal on AC :) and again i didnt said it cant be done i just stated that in order to increase the battery usage times you need to sacrifice performance greatly especially if you taking it to the limits :) so unless this is your purpose and you know exactly and understand the risks whats going to happen after its completely fine and Sujjit again apologies if you got offended in some way also just want to make it clear thsi wil increase the battery usage time not the battery life as the more you use it on battery only the more the battery will degrade and i also get 1.5h or less on my H300 if i use it on battery only and this is the same since i got it  so nothing unusual :)
