Hey ACER Community,

I am planning to buy https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01N5SXZY8/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=AKJ7ND6X6KF2J&psc=1

I have been looking at Amazon reviews and the general consensus is that it has an extra M.2 slot, Pcie x 16 slot, and an extra Ram slot. I do not want to get rid of the DVD drive.

I'm going to take advantage off all that by adding:

500GB M.2 SSD: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B073SBX6TY/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1
Gtx 1050 ti 4GB: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MF7EQJZ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1
2400mhz 8gb DDR4 stick: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01D8U2BKA/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER&psc=1

I particularly want to set the SSD as my main boot drive. Any tutorials for that?

If you have any advice or comments on compatibility, please let me know! Also, send me tutorials on installing all of the hardware onto the computer.

Thanks in Advance.

P.S: If any of you have similar setups, what is your average FPS for CSGO, Minecraft, League of Legends, Fortnite, and Overwatch on High/ultra?

Edit: I have read that a lot of times, after putting in a new graphics card, the HDMI slots for the actual mobo will be disabled. Is that true for this particular computer?

Yeah, the key here is that though there are two M.s slots, one is configured for SSD and the other for wireless. No extra drive that way, though there's no reason you can't put a larger drive than the tested models. Also the Intel Skylake H110 chipset supports 2133MHz RAM, not 2400MHz. The x16 slot is as you suspect, it'll handle the GPU card easily, though check PS specs, some SKUs need a beefier supply to drive the card.
