Hi everyone, my laptop has been stuck on the acer loading screen for a couple days now maybe after a possible winows 10 update. I'm not sure but I have no idea what to do and I would just like some help. I believe my laptop is an aspire e1 serie's.

    Hi,
You could try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains, follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest before starting again.

There have been reports that Windows 10 version 1803 is buggy.
Because you are unable to boot into Windows, do the following:
    1) Restart your computer.
    2) Press and hold the Alt + F10 keys to boot into the Acer eRecovery Management software, when the Acer splash screen appears.
This will return your laptop to factory settings, which means that all personal data will be erased.  If there are important files which you wish to retain, it will be necessary to get help from your Acer Center or local technicians.
If it's safe to do a factory reset; you may want to hide the offending update, after recovery, to prevent a recurrence of the problem.
