I have about decided to get the Acer Chromebook CB3-431-C6ZB - 14" - Celeron N3160 - 4 GB RAM - 32 GB SSD, Gold, and but am confused about the memory.

- The model description says it has SSD, but some of the listings I've seen say it's has e-mmc.  The specs I've looked at say it's SSD with an e=mmc form factor.  So, is it SSD,  e-mmc or a hybrid?  What does it mean in terms of function?  I use Windows and often open 15 tabs.

-Any comments on personal experience with this model??

Thanks,  I appreciate  any input.

Tom

Uh, eMMC devices are SSDs. They are just not typically replaceable. :)

    Hello,
This model is shipped wit an eMMC of 32GB which is directly soldered to the motherboard. That means is not removable as a SSD.
