Hello its difficult to type at the moment on this laptop as the key are not working half the time.  Maybe its been coming on for a while as the caps lock did not show all the time. Now lots more key and its happening all the time, like you press them and nothing. I have gone into Device Manager, keyboard and checked updates, and says latest for keyboard on here. Has anyone had keyboard problems where things are just stuck and keys wont work, what did you do please? Thank you. Michele

Please try the below mentioned steps. I see that some users have reported the issue as fixed after doing these steps.
    >> Try to perform a simple power reset and check the issue.  Shutdown the laptop. Disconnect the charger. Disconnect the external display. Please check for a battery reset PIN hole at the bottom of the device. The reset hole would have a battery symbol next to it. Insert a paperclip into the hole and press for four seconds. Let the computer sit for 5 minutes with no power. Reconnect the charger and power On the laptop.

    >>Try to reset BIOS to default settings. Start your computer and as soon as you hit the Power On button, keep pressing the F2 key. You can simply hit the F9 key to display a blue screen that says Load Setup defaults? Clicking "no" to discard changes and exit from BIOS.
Now go to BIOS and check if you are able to set the boot order.

    >>Turn on Stickey Keys and also uncheck on Turn on Filter Keys
Press Windows key + I key together to open Settings Window. Then scroll down to find and click Ease of Access. Click on Ease of Access Center. Click on Make the Keyboard easier to use. Uncheck on Turn on Stickey Keys and also uncheck on Turn on Filter Keys.

    >> Another option, open Control Panel > Language. Select your default language. If you have multiple languages enabled, move another language to the top of the list, to make it the primary language – and then again move your existing preferred language back to the top of the list. This will reset the keyboard.
