Electric shock from Acer aspire A515-51G-52ZR

I purchased my laptop in june this year..and it was working fine.But for the past one month i have been facing strange problem with my laptop..it started giving me electric shock through metal rims while charging.. i contacted the service center and they told me to visit their place as they thought the earthing condition of my house is not good.. but when i visited the service center it behaved fine.. But after that when i went to my mothers house and friends house in another city where earthing condition is quite good as they use fridge,it started giving me shock there too.I have extended three years waranty (1ADP+2normal)..and i suspect that there is issue with my laptop adapter.. what should i do?? How to fix this problem? Somewhere it is working fine but somewhere it is not ..quiet a strange problem.. service center doesnt agree on the replacement as they told me it is working quiet fine there.. what should be done? How to claim waranty?

This happens because of the difference in the electric charges between you and your device. As you said that your laptop was connected to the charger when you faced the issue, the laptop might not be connected to the grounded outlet.

They are not vibrations. They are micro electro shocks. They are harmless (not enough current to electrocute you). The metal (aluminum) body is under electrical tension while charging, generally due to a faulty grounding circuit or cable, which is a very common situation in most buildings, and the electricity discharges through your body.

In some cases, this can be harmful for the internal (minute) components of your laptop in a long run, but once in a while, the laptops can bear such inductions.
To avoid this in future, you can follow the below approaches:
>>Check if there is proper grounding done to the power outlets in your home and work place, and always connect your laptop to a grounded outlet.
>>You can place an anti static floor mat at your work place and home.
>>In case of improper grounding, before touching any internal components of the laptop, touch any metal object with your hand. This will ground you, hence neutralizing any static charge that your body may have gained.

If you are in India, you can once more visit the nearest Acer service center in your region and get the device repaired. If still unable to resolve the issue, document the case, escalate to the concerned or next level of support by contacting support team.

The shock is not mild..it is rigorous.. and it flows through entire metallic part.. it was working quite well for the three months but suddenly it started giving shocks in the same house..why?? But after that only it is working well at some place and not at other.Is the adaptor faulty??

We can check the first replacing the adapter. If the issue persists it could be an internal issue that has to be diagonised.
Please contact Acer support in your region as mentioned above and resolve the issue.

Have you ever seen ground wire connection on mobile phone charger? Because my Acer swift 3 has a very similar charger without connection to ground wire and I have the same problem when it is being charged , I feel a mild electric shock, I was checking it with a voltmeter and could see almost 70 V on the metal parts..... I can't say it is normal and it is a bit over of "mild" and no matter what kind of ground wire connection has your house if the charger's plug has no ground wire connection- Laptops has to have a so called double-insulation and it should not happen
