Hello! I don't even know if this is the correct place to ask this but I am currently trying to completely reset my Chromebook because I messed it up pretty bad.

I try to do the usual Escape + Refresh then Power On but it does nothing and boots into the mode I got it into that doesn't work like intended.
Do any of you guys know how to fix this issue? Or if this is even the right place to be asking?

Please perform a power wash and check the issue.
A 'Powerwash' is a Factory Reset that is used prior to performing a system recovery. Performing a powerwash will erase all local data.

    Powerwash When Not Signed In
Shutdown the power completely by holding down the power button for 5 seconds
Press the power button to turn the Chromebook on.
Once the Chromebook has finished booting, ensure you do not log in.
On the sign in screen, press the Ctrl + Shift + Alt + R keys simultaneously.

    Powerwash When Signed In
Click on the status area in the lower right corner of your display and click Settings.
Scroll down in the Settings screen until you see 'Show Advanced Settings' and then click on this option.
Scroll down until you see Powerwash. Click on Powerwash. Click on Restart.
Continue and Click Reset. The Chromebook will reboot with a screen that says 'Powerwash in progress...'

After the Powerwash is complete, the Chromebook will reboot.and you will be guided through initial setup.

If the above steps do not resolve the problem, you can create a recovery drive from a Windows, Mac, or Linux computer, and use it to restore your chromebook. If you have a recovery drive, visit our article Reinstall Chromebook with a USB Flash Drive.

If you have tried all the steps in the above weblink (both internal and USB recovery), then this could be an internal hardwrae issue.
Please contact Acer support in your region to fix this issue.

The issue is that I can't do the Esc + Refresh + Power, it doesn't do anything extra, still boots it into the weird thing I did and not dev mode.

Assuming that you are unable to login, after pressing Esc+Refresh+Power button, you should get this screen:
You need the Chrome OS Recovery USB drive to reinstall.  If you don't have one, you must go to another device to create it by
    following these instructions
Be forewarned that you can get into a big mess while in Developer Mode.  The best advice is to exit Developer Mode (the 2nd link tells you how) & reinstall Chrome OS. I got a piece of malware 2 days after tooling about in Developer Mode.
