Hi guys! I have acer aspire a515-51g-51em. I want to repaste my CPU and GPU, but i cannot loosen the screw in CPU (image below). The old motherboard was broken, so customer service had to replace it. My motherboard which i am using now is the new one. My laptop is still in warranty. Thank you for helping me!

    Hi,
You have removed the screws in wrong order, you should remove the opposite corner screws in order, that is, 1,2, 3 and 4. Try screw the 2 and 3 screws back to hand tight, then try loosening the screws 1 and 4 slightly, then try removing them in order they are numbered. As it is now, one side of the heatsink is tilted, hence the difficulty in removing the screws.
If you still can not loosen it, you may have to take it to a repair shop, they might be able to unscrew them for you.

    Hi brummyfan2,
I know i have to remove the screws in order, but the screw 1, 4 are impossible to remove. Like they stuck to the mainboard for no reason, other screw is OKAY for me. Thank you for informing me!

Yes, you have to repeat trying after firmly screwing 2 and 3 screws but not too tight as I said earlier but take care not to damage the screw heads.
