The Aspire E1-572G webpage has AMD as the manufacturer of the GPU.  Here is an article on the Pros & Cons of Multiple Graphics Cards. If everything is working well, albeit with only the Intel card; shouldn't we let sleeping dogs lie?

Normally your Intel card will switch to your dedicated AMD one if it detects an application that requires huge graphics processing, like a game. Its not possible to turn on the AMD card forcibly while the computer is idle, since the Intel card will consume less power, but it is possible to force the AMD card on for applications you desire to run on it. For that,

For ATI/AMD Radeon cards, go to Graphics > PowerPlay - Set Plugged In and Battery to Maximum Performance. Click Apply.
If applicable to your graphics card, go to Graphics > 3D and move the slider across to Performance so it is set for Optimal Performance.
If your Catalyst Control Center has the Switchable Graphics tab go there and browse to locate seratovideo.exe and set it for High Performance. Click Apply.
Re-start your computer, open the software and play some videos!

If you don't have catalyst control center installed, you need to update your drivers. You can find the drivers list here: Download Drivers
Note that, for some applications that do not require the high performance amd card in any circumstances, the catalyst control center will lock it to the power saving intel card. In such a case, you cannot change that option.
