Help plz! Every time after unplugging from power source, my nitro catches BSOD with THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER error
In event viewer, it looks like System - Kernel Power - Critical - 41
windows 10 64bit, tried to install other windows - the same
other drivers - the same
newer drivers - the same
I can use nitro from battery only with prehistorical vga drivers
help plz!

    Hello! Make sure that uninstalling and deleting the battery driver in the device manager resolves the problem! Then restart the notebook!
    If that does not resolve, see if a bios update solves the problem: https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/BIOS/BIOS/BIOS_Acer_1.08_A_A.zip?acerid=636663753262791212&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=NITRO&Step3=NITRO AN515-41&OS=ALL&LC=pt&BC=ACER&SC=PA_3But update carefully so your notebook can become a brick!
    To update:1) uninstall antivirus programs like norton among others;2) disable windows defender;3) unplug any peripherals from the usb ports and the wifi;4) pause the windows updates;
    5) Let the battery charge the battery 100% and the notebook connected to power!
